Meharry SACS students are encouraged to submit an abstract for the 2022 Student Research Day.

The 66th Annual Meharry Medical College Student Research Day will be an in-person event held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Posters will be displayed and presented in person throughout the day. Top rated abstracts will also be presented as short oral talks (5 minutes in length) on September 28.  

To qualify for awards, students must submit an abstract describing their research study and present their work at the assigned time.   

The helpful documents section below links to files outlining the process for abstract submission. Please note the following:   

• Presenting students must upload their form and abstracts by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The submission link will not be available after that time.  Abstracts must be uploaded by the deadline date for award consideration.  
• Authors will be notified by Monday, September 19, 2022, whether their abstract has been assigned for an oral and/or poster presentation.
