Eric Adolphe, CEO of ForwardEdge, was the first Black Small Business Innovation Research Grant (SBIR) Tibbetts Award winner when he served as CEO of OPTIMUS Corporation whose mission was to develop technologies to prevent the loss of human life.  Adolphe, a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of success, is also a National Inventor’s Hall of Fame honoree, winner of the 2021 Federal Computer Week FED100 Award, the National Capital Business Ethics Award, and one of NASA’s highest civilian honors. Adolphe also serves as the principle investigator on a National Science Foundation SBIR Grant that leverages artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies to combat scams targeting senior citizens and disabled veterans. He is a member of the Meharry Medical College School of Applied Computational Sciences Advancement Council.
